Everything named kitchen is Furniture Kit, and it is the room: a bar and a bar end, a blender, cabinets with a corner, a drawer and an upper run, a coffee machine, fridges in several sizes including a built-in, a microwave, a sink and a stove, one of them electric. Twenty pieces. There is no food in this list. The burger, the bowl of soup, the ketchup and the birthday cake are Food Kit, and they are the food collection, not this page. A kitchen with no meal looks like a showroom. A meal with no counter looks like a picnic.

The template that wants both is the restaurant sim, where the counter is the level and the plate is the work. A life sim wants the same room for a different reason: somebody lives there. The life-sim landing page covers the second. There is no restaurant landing page. The genre guide is where both are listed. The chairs and the table that complete the room are chairs and tables, inside the furniture collection.

What to change first is the run of cabinets, not the appliances. A bar, an upper cabinet and a sink in a line read as a kitchen. A fridge, a microwave, a blender and a coffee machine standing in a ring read as a shop display. Pick one fridge. The kit offers several sizes, and two fridges in a one-room kitchen means you have not chosen. The stove goes against the run, not in the middle of the floor, unless the game is about a stove in the middle of the floor.

From the restaurant template, tell Flockbay to build one counter from the kitchen bar and the upper cabinet, put the sink in the counter, and set a single burger from Food Kit on a plate on that counter. Press Play from the customer’s side of the bar. If the burger is larger than the sink, Food Kit and Furniture Kit do not share a scale and you have found the first thing to fix.
